We want to, as much as possible, keep to a "Free Speech" policy so everyone can feel they are being given a fair opportunity to express themselves but must enforce the following:

They do a crappy job of monitoring stuff... like that fundie DJM Smith. She's supposed to be 'politics' and 'conservative', but her shows are nothing by bs about other BTR hosts, bs about AOL members, bs about her kids... well, she talks about them, and they're adults, so technically it's not children, right?
Anyway, they need to get a clue. You can't post endless bible verses on a political theme show. She has advertising for her own business... and doesn't pay BTR for it.
Also, her voice is obnoxious, like a phone sex operator. She can't figure out if she's southern or from Nu Yawk. And if I have to hear 'daht cahm' one more time, I'd scream. Oh, and if she has a guest on who disagrees with her, she screams at them, talks over them, belittles them, and won't let them say a single frikken thing. What a cheap excuse for a host.
